Our Cape Town office has an extremely unique and diverse culture. Our Engineering Processes
Our tasks are approached on an ad-hoc bases and iterated upon over several stages. The methodology we follow is similar to Kanban, with intermittent spikes and planning sessions for complex problems.
The intellectual property of the team is maintained on GitHub, and we follow the standard PR process for evolving the project. To ensure that we produce a robust scalable project, both unit and integration tests are delivered with each addition. Knowledge share is key to scaling our engineering capacity, and we take pride in maintaining appropriate documentation in key areas.
Our Hiring Process
We love meeting new people! At first, you will have a screening call with our recruitment team, if things are going well from there, we will then organize a face-to-face interview with the appropriate engineering team. This will then result in a final interview with the relevant teams in the US depending on the type of role. Assessments may also be included in the hiring process.
