What we do

Known for pushing beyond the boundaries of ordinary and not prepared to play in the same sandbox as everyone else, we went and built an entirely new one. In doing so we changed the game when it comes to platform development and inventory syndication which is the core of what this company does.

For us it’s about bringing the portals and digital publishers together enabling some of them to execute a unique digital strategy - putting them ahead of their competitors.

Our Culture

We're a relatively small team and we aim to keep it that way. We operate on a very flat company structure with everyone taking responsibility for their work, rather than being told what to do. That being said there is always guidance and direction to ensure that we remain on track. We appreciate a good sense of humour, an essential in a small team. We have a diverse demographic with a nice blend of both technical and admin staff. Friday drinks is the norm and life's important moments are celebrated.

Our Hiring Process

Our starting point before we ask you to come in for an interview would be to test your mettle. We do this with a few simple technical tests that we'll send you. Depending on your results, we'll then either be super keen to meet you or we'll suggest you brush up before contacting us again. Your technical abilities however are only slightly more important then your cultural fit. We therefore like to get to know you from both sides which is why in most cases we run an informal interview process where you get to meet the whole team and they get to ask you random questions, not necessarily about your coding prowess. It's only after that where we'll get into the detail of the work that you'd be doing to see if it's something you'd enjoy.

The Tech we use

Essentially we’re an Open Source, Linux obsessed dev house focusing on Python and PHP as our main languages while using Javascript and related frameworks such as jQuery and Bootstrap also playing with web services like REST, SOAP & JMS. We run Postgres and MySql DB's and are venturing into MongoDB as well.

Our Specialties lie in Software development for SaaS products, Relabeling Platforms and Lising Syndication
