Our hiring process generally starts with the Direct manager selecting a list of Developer CVs that best fit the role. The Direct manger/Head of Business Systems will conduct the first round interview (via Skype or in person). Technical skill will be tested during the first interview. If required the CFO or FD will conduct a second interview.
