What we do

Convirt develops software solutions for the engineering sector, with a specific focus on the construction industry. We focus on project management and financial software, and we provide clients with high quality licensed products. We do not shy away from technically complex problems, and enjoy solving new problems with creative solutions.

Our Culture

Our company structure is flat, and all employees are expected to manage their own time and deliverables. The problems we work on are technically challenging and often require innovative solutions. Our Engineering Processes

We enjoy solving problems from first principles, and always find value in formalising complicated problems. Although we stick to good coding practices, we do not follow design patterns dogmatically. We have however found the principles of domain driven design to be very useful, and tend to use it as a guideline for most of our work.

Our Hiring Process

We take hiring seriously, and spend a significant amount of time to make sure everyone is happy before we make a final decision. To start, there will be a personal interview with the CEO of Convirt. Followed by a technical assessment which will have to be completed within one week. Should all go well, you'll meet the rest of the Convirt team.
