Our Engineering Processes
Our engineering process is documentation-light and flexible. Teams working on projects are empowered to make decisions on how they wish to work together.
In cases where we work with corporates or 3rd parties, we are often heavily involved with with the commercialisation of the systems. In these cases we adopt a lean methodology for product feedback, with frequent releases.
Our Hiring Process
Our hiring process is relatively straight forward. We look for solid engineers that can learn and adapt quickly. We also believe heavily in the potential of individuals given the space to grow.
Our process includes:
- 30 min call to assess fit and get to know each other
- Face-to-face meeting (Possibly a white board problem)
- Hang out with the team a bit
